Lindsay Scott, Certified Doula

Lindsay is a Colorado native and lives in Aurora with her husband and three children. Lindsay has always been interested in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. After she had her children, she realized there is a definite need for Doula support, knowledge and advocacy, so she changed her career path and trained to become a certified Doula with DONA and now attends and supports births. Lindsay also works with a local non-profit organization offering on-call Doula support to a local hospital where she attends and supports one to two births per month. Helping birthing people is truly her passion and love.

Continuing education is very important to Lindsay. She is constantly learning new techniques so she can best serve and support her clients. Beside being knowledgeable in pregnancy, birth and postpartum, Lindsay can also assist with cloth diapering, wash routines and other zero waste options for babies. Lindsay is always available to answer any questions.

Family is very important to Lindsay, so when she is not attending births, she is spending time with her children and husband. Some of her other hobbies include camping, hiking, running and cooking.
